sumbangan.com (website/platform) is a platform operated by Gerbang Sumbangan Sdn Bhd (Us). sumbangan.com also connects between campaign organizers and donors online. It is created to help Organizations/Agencies, NGOs, Non-Commercial Organizations and individuals who need contributions in a transparent, easy and systematic manner without exploitation.

By visiting and using the sumbangan.com platform, your visitor or user (You) understands the Terms and Conditions set out below.

If You as a user of the website do not agree with any of the things stated below, You are not permitted to use our website.

We provide a platform for the collection of donations online from the public (online crowdfunding) to users through the website or through smartphone applications (Mobile Apps) based on the conditions set by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) regarding the Maintenance of Donation Collection by Gerbang Sumbangan Sdn Bhd through the established sumbangan.com platform.

With respect to permission for the Maintenance of the Collection of Contributions To sumbangan.com for fractions to registered campaigns.

We reserve the absolute right to modify and change part or all of the contents of these Terms and Conditions at any time. This means we reserve the right to change from time to time with our consent. We will inform the users of the platform of all changes made through email announcements, social media and also through the donation platform directly.

The new Terms and Conditions will take effect after we inform each user through an announcement on our platform, email or social media. These changes may be due to changes in national laws according to consumer preferences.

General
  1. Definition
    1. An account is a setting created to facilitate users of the sumbangan.com platform. With an account, each user can access the sumbangan.com platform more widely and can use the facilities available in the donation platform after registering by entering some data or information required. After the registration is confirmed by the platform provider, users can log in using the username (username) and password (password) that has been registered.
    2. Recipients of Donations are:
      1. Parties who act as campaign organizers who have registered on the donation.com platform or
      2. Parties other than the organizers of the campaign, namely Individuals, Organizations, agencies, NGOs, Non-Commercial Organizations who receive benefits through contributions from the campaign that has been done.

      For campaign organizer applications by individuals, they will receive contributions from the NGOs responsible for running their campaigns.
    3. Contributions are funds or donations denominated in Ringgit Malaysia.
    4. The campaign is an effort carried out by the campaign organizers to obtain donations, for specific purposes according to the categories available in the platform such as community, humanitarian, education, welfare, health, awareness, development, etc. sincerely and do not expect any compensation. .
    5. A Random Campaign is a campaign that is randomly selected (random campaign) based on the discretion of the platform provider to receive the total collection of contributions of another campaign in certain circumstances.
    6. Campaign organizers are composed of individuals, groups, organizations, agencies, NGOs or non-commercial bodies that use the platform to create campaigns as listed in the contribution category.
    7. Donors consist of individuals, organizations, groups, or organizations, commercial or non-commercial bodies registered on the platform or unregistered who support and contribute to campaigns on the platform.
    8. A fundraiser is an individual or organization responsible for a campaign created by a campaign organizer in a way, supporting the campaign being conducted. Therefore, they can make announcements to support the campaign but it has to be in line with the main campaign. Donations that go into the fundraiser campaign will go into the main campaign.
    9. Content includes all types of writing materials as well as info graphics included in the platform by the campaign organizers and not from sumbangan.com.
    10. Prohibited content is all types of writing materials and infographics uploaded into the platform that violate the Terms and Conditions of contribution.com or content that violates the laws set by the Malaysian legislature and Islamic law.
    11. A report or complaint is a form of notification made by visitors or users of the platform sumbangan.com regarding unauthentic information and violations of conditions through law or Islamic law. sumbangan.com will check the submitted report in detail.
    12. Payment portal is a body that has been appointed by Gerbang Sumbangan Sdn Bhd to manage and facilitate the collection of contributions from contributors with selected banks.
    13. Campaign execution refers to the organization of the campaign by the campaign organizer who will be responsible for handling the organized campaign.
    14. Donation transfer is the action of the platform provider to transfer (transfer) the accumulated donations from contributors through a campaign conducted by the campaign organizer.
    15. Fundraising is the process of raising funds from the public (crowdfund) to build a community of mutual assistance in terms of the development of spiritual, physical, mental and cultural well -being.
    16. Platform User consists of campaign organizers, contributors and recipients of direct or indirect donations.
    17. Platform Visitors are those who access, open, and obtain information from the platform.
    18. A platform is a website or an application created by sumbangan.com on behalf of users. With the use of the internet network, users can access the data contained therein in an electronic system operated by the technical division of sumbangan.com. However, all transactions involving other parties (Bank and Payment Gateway) are subject to third parties.
    19. Platform Provider is sumbangan.com which is operated by Gerbang Sumbangan Sdn Bhd which maintains an online contribution collection program based on registration number 1373137-U registered on 3 July 2020.
    20. Terms and Conditions are general conditions set to users of the platform that will be changed at any time by the platform provider from time to time.
    21. Bulletin is a feature available on the campaign site that serves as a place for notification to all contributors or visitors of the platform regarding the latest news about the campaign, the use of donations and others.
    22. Verification is the final action after an inspection is performed by the platform provider on the account, material or content, as well as the contribution transfer application requested by the platform user.
    23. Campaign Updates are the development of campaign implementation that needs to be provided by the campaign organizers and it is the responsibility of the campaign organizers to provide reports to contributors on the contributions they have made.
  2. Operating Costs and Additional Costs
    1. Contributions earned from campaigns through the platform will be subject to a platform management charge by the platform provider of RM2.00 or 5% for whichever is higher.
    2. If the Malaysian government announces changes such as collection, tax or tax on the proceeds of the collection of contributions, the platform provider will set the appropriate additional charges as determined by Malaysian law.
  3. Voluntary Disclosure
    The platform provider is not responsible for the voluntary disclosure by platform visitors or platform users to information expressed in the form of queries, statements, comments, ideas, criticisms or suggestions.

    For your information sumbangan.com is not a Zakat Board/ Creditors/ Accountants/ Contribution Collectors. sumbangan.com is a donation collection platform that connects campaign organizers with contributors. sumbangan.com is not responsible for the performance or information provided by campaign organizers, contributors, recipients of donations or other users. contribution.com hereby disclaims all responsibility in the matter as long as it does not violate the laws of Malaysia.

    All information displayed in the campaign content on the sumbangan.com platform is information from the campaign organizers. We are not responsible and do not guarantee the accuracy or truthfulness of the content created by the campaign organizers.

    All information contained on the sumbangan.com campaign site is at your own risk.

    ssumbangan.com does not endorse or maintain a campaign organized by the campaign organizer unless there is a prior written agreement. We expressly disclaim any obligation or responsibility for the failure of each campaign or the amount of donations not meeting the stipulations of the campaign organizers.
  5. Reports and Complaints
    1. Platform Visitors and Platform Users have the right to submit Reports or Complaints to the platform provider regarding breaches of conditions by irresponsible parties or any party who has misused information or proceeds of donations.

      Platform visitors or platform users have the right to report to the platform provider regarding errors, fraud and violations of the Terms and Conditions but are not limited to:
      1. Platform Visitors or Platform Users who enter incomplete, untrue, invalid or non-existent or false data and information;
      2. Users of the platform either (applicants/campaign organizers) who enter incorrect and unauthentic information that is fraudulent or forgery.
      3. Platform Visitors or Platform Users who enter and upload prohibited content;
      4. Users of the platform either (applicants/campaign organizers) who create campaigns or materials and information that are prohibited or illegal.
      5. Campaign organizers who misuse the proceeds of donations obtained from campaigns on sumbangan.com.
      6. A campaign organizer who does not meet or only fulfills part of the campaign execution, or meets the campaign execution but does not meet as promised by the campaign organizer through the platform.
      7. Campaign organizers who do not meet the conditions for the implementation of the campaign that have been set or have breached the agreement that has been made between the campaign organizer and sumbangan.com.
    2. Prohibited Content:
      1. The writing and the information provided are not true.
      2. Content or information that has elements of cybercrime.
      3. Uploading incorrect / illegal information.
      4. Upload information that contains pornographic content.
      5. Uploading information that contains elements of hatred towards each other.
      6. Campaigning for political activities.
      7. Collecting donations without permission and consent from the recipient of donations.
      8. Collect donations with the intent of disturbing public peace or touching cultural and religious sensitivities.
      9. Create a campaign and collect donations to pay off debts by the campaign organizers.
      10. Make a campaign to pay zakat or sacrifice.
      11. The collection of contributions for payment continues the studies to a higher level.
    3. Platform visitors and Platform Users have the right to make a report or complaint to the platform provider by clicking ‘Report’ and filling in the report on the suspicious and also related campaign pages.
    4. Through reports from platform users, they agree and are ready to be contacted to provide all the evidence and witnesses to the report submitted.
  6. Account Activation, Termination and Deletion (Account Deleted)
    1. Platform users or campaign organizers have the right to request that their accounts be deactivated or terminated immediately or even deleted through a platform that has been registered with their name or organization or agency for certain valid and valid reasons. Applications can be made by sending an email to salam@sumbangan.com.
    2. After the occurrence of deactivation or termination and deletion of an account from a Platform Visitor or Platform User, the storage of personal data is in accordance with the prescribed period limit from the date of activation, termination and deletion of the account.
    3. The Platform Provider reserves the right to activate or terminate and delete accounts from platform visitors or users of the platform when proven to violate the sumbangan.com Terms and Conditions.

      The platform provider reserves the right to activate, terminate or delete any campaign applied for or campaign modified through the campaign organizer’s account that has been illegal or in violation of the specified Terms and Conditions.
  7. Data Storage Limits

    Please be informed that sumbangan.com has limits and capacity to provide data storage space through our platform for all users of the platform. This includes the time period for the campaign to run, content and infographics, transaction data and so on.

    Therefore, you agree and understand that we reserve the right to terminate campaign accounts that have expired or are inactive within the specified period. We will inform the campaign organizers of every action taken via email.
  8. User Terms sumbangan.com
    1. Must be 18 years of age and older for individual use. If the individual is 18 years old and below should be supervised by a parent/guardian.
    2. Users of the sumbangan.com platform must be competent in operating the platform and must take full responsibility if they have violated these Terms and Conditions.
    3. Users of the platform are also not allowed to do anything such as infringing or doing anything that violates the right to privacy as prescribed.
  9. Alerts/Notifications
    Platform users agree and are willing to receive notifications via electronic media including the use of short messaging applications (SMS), emails, phone calls and messages via Whatsapp applications that have been registered on the platform and give permission to sumbangan.com to contact you through such electronic media.
  10. Public Content
    You understand and understand that any information You include on the content or on the sumbangan.com platform is accessible to the public, such as names, telephone numbers, emails and social media.

    This is because the openness of the information provided by the users of the platform will not arouse suspicion and prejudice against the users.

Campaign Organizer
  1. Reminder: You agree that sumbangan.com is not responsible for your deletion or failure to store personal information, data or content on your account and campaigns.

  2. In addition, you are required to maintain the security of your account as well as the privacy of ‘Passwords’ from third parties. You must always log out each time after you use the sumbangan.com website.

  3. If you find that your account has been used by a third party or irresponsible party please notify us immediately at the hotline +60194475555 or email at salam@sumbangan.com

  4. Through your report and consent, we can take a number of actions to prevent account abuse such as:

    1. Temporary account freeze
    2. Account deletion
    3. Blocking accounts for any action primarily involves finances

  5. Please be informed that we will not be responsible for any damage and loss suffered by users of the platform due to your negligence or failure to comply with the conditions set.

  1. Conditions to Become a Campaign Organizer
    1. Registered organizations/societies or NGOs must have a Certificate of Registration from the Companies Commission of Malaysia or organization registration from e-ROS.
    2. Be prepared to perform the account verification process and attach complete documents when required.
    3. Every information provided by the applicant must be accurate and authentic because they are responsible for every information provided.
  2. Compulsory Campaign Organizers To:
    1. Upload all accurate and valid information and not limited to:
      1. The relationship between the campaign organizer and the recipient of donations.
      2. Consumers must be free from crime and punishment from the law and
      3. The consumer is not a civil servant and is not a bankrupt in accordance with the facts and conditions that have been set.
    2. Guarantee and confirm that the content or material uploaded or entered by the campaign organizer does not violate the laws or conditions that have been set.
    3. Provide one (1) bank account that cannot be changed arbitrarily for the purpose of transferring contributions except in emergencies or emergencies. To change the bank account, please apply for a data change via email salam@sumbangan.com.
    4. Campaign in the form of a work or idea:
      1. Declares the work or idea to be an original invention; or
      2. State that it has obtained the permission of a particular party if the work or idea belongs to another party, as stipulated in the Intellectual Property Rights; and
    5. Agree and be prepared to release the platform provider from any lawsuits or lawsuits and compensate for any losses that may be incurred by the platform provider in the future and not limited to the following:
      1. The implementation of a campaign that is not made, made in part only or that is made but not as promised by the campaign organizer through the platform;
      2. Misuse of fundraising by campaign organizers; and
      3. All acts of violation of the law that occur either at this point, during the campaign or after the implementation of the campaign.
  3. Prohibition of Participation of Personal Accounts and Other Parties
    1. Campaign organizers are prohibited from using personal accounts on campaign sites on the Platform.
    2. If the campaign organizer receives donations outside of the platform and not through the payment gateway on the Platform, the campaign organizer is solely responsible for the laws that arise between the campaign organizer and such contributor.
  4. Special Cooperation
    1. Campaign organizers can enter into specific collaborations with platform providers for any particular campaign. It needs to be stated in the agreement in order to determine the rights and obligations of both parties.
    2. Platform providers may also consider whether to agree or reject specific collaborations proposed by campaign organizers.

  5. Campaign
    List of Donation Breakdown:
    1. Total Accumulated and Net Donations (Final Report).
      The report will be issued by sumbangan.com to the campaign organizers in printed/digital form.
    2. Breakdown or Planning of contributions from the campaign organizers (Campaign organizers need to provide documents for transfer).
      1. The campaign organizer must provide a breakdown report on behalf of the donors for each total donation collected;
      2. For example, fundraising of RM10,000.00 for the improvement of the surau.
        RM2,000.00 to buy a prayer mat and telekung.
        RM1,000.00 to buy curtains.
        RM7,000.00 to paint the entire surau.
    3. Breakdown or Planning of donations according to the target amount (Update the report in the platform so that the contributors know the breakdown of donations made)
    4. Last Update/Last Report (before, during, after)
      1. The organizers need to update the report through the campaign that has been done by uploading photos and medical reports or supporting documents.
    5. The campaign period specified in the website is one (1) year for each campaign.
    6. Each campaign organizer can open more than one campaign with different titles and fundraisers.
    7. sumbangan.com reserves the right to cancel the campaign or terminate your campaign if no transactions within 14 days of the campaign are displayed.
  6. Campaign Implementation
    In the implementation of the campaign, the campaign organizer is obliged to:
    1. Implementing what has been promised in the campaign through the platform includes fulfilling rewards to contributors if the campaign organizer has promised a reward;
    2. Provide a transparent, credible campaign implementation report and accompanied by complete documents and evidence of support of contributors and platform admins through the platform.
    3. Conduct the campaign as set out in the specific cooperation agreement for any cooperation campaign between the campaign organizer and the platform provider; and
    4. If the campaign organizer is unable to implement the entire campaign or is unable to implement it as promised due to a compelling situation, can submit a report with supporting documents to the email salam@sumbangan.com for further action.
  7. Appointment and Grant of Power of Attorney to the Agency
    The campaign organizer is willing and agrees to authorize the agency to act on behalf of the campaign organizer to do the following:
    1. Be the exclusive intermediary between the campaign organizer and contributors or disseminate campaign information organized by the campaign organizer;
    2. Store and manage contributions from contributors who have entered any campaign;
    3. For specific cooperation between the campaign organizer and the agency must act in accordance with what has been written in the specific agreement; and
    4. For the implementation of all of the above, both parties need to sign each document and enclose with the campaign confirmation letter that needs to be signed by the campaign organizer as a sign of agreement.
  8. Rejection and Delay of Confirmation
    The platform provider has full authority to reject and/or delay account verification and/or transfer of contributions upon the campaign organizer;
    1. Has not provided sufficient data or information for account registration and/or transfer of contributions to the platform provider; or
    2. Suspected of violating or potentially violating the Terms and Conditions.
  9. Closing of the Campaign
    1. The platform provider has full power to close a campaign when the campaign organizer has been found to be in breach of the Terms and Conditions.
    2. If any of the campaigns have been closed due to violations of the Terms and Conditions, the latest proceeds of that campaign will be distributed to any other campaigns at random.
  10. Campaign Organizer Terms
    1. The campaign organizer warrants and ensures that all content provided to sumbangan.com in terms of writing, photographs and videos described is accurate and in accordance with the facts for which the campaign organizer will be held solely;
    2. Each collection of donations is the full responsibility of the campaign organizer or the fundraiser.
    3. Campaign organizers are also prohibited from collecting donations if they do the following:
    4. When the fundraising campaign is in the form of a work or idea, then the campaign organizer must ensure that the idea or work is an original work or with the permission of a certain party if the work belongs to another party as contained in the Intellectual Property Rights
    5. sumbangan.com will not be liable for misuse, unauthorized use, infringement of Intellectual Property Rights committed by the campaign organizers.
    6. Campaign organizers are prohibited from putting personal bank account numbers in the campaign for any reason. sumbangan.com reserves the right to delete the account number when this condition is violated.
    7. sumbangan.com has the power to provide censorship effects or delete images that we deem intrusive or inappropriate for public publication.
    8. The transfer of donations will be made after the account and bank account number of the campaign organizer is confirmed. Donation transfers will be made every Thursday, while donation reports will be made every Monday.
    9. Each contribution transferred to the campaign organizer’s account each week is a net contribution that has been deducted from management charges.
    10. The campaign organizer is solely responsible for what has been written and promised on the campaign site.
    11. Each contribution transaction will incur a management charge of RM2.00 or 5% for whichever is higher.
    12. If the Malaysian government announces changes such as collection, tax or tax on the proceeds of the collection of contributions, the platform provider will set the appropriate additional charges as determined by Malaysian law.
    13. The campaign organizer is obliged to give the rewards as promised (if any) to the donors.
    14. The campaign organizer is required to report on the implementation or progress of the campaign transparently through the ‘Bulletin’ feature on sumbangan.com for the knowledge of the public and contributors on each campaign site created.
    15. If the campaign organizer does not or has not updated the campaign page via the ‘Bulletin’ feature after the first donation transfer, we reserve the right to block the donation transfer.
    16. The campaign organizer is obliged to provide evidence or make a report to sumbangan.com if the implementation of the campaign is not according to the original plan and/or when there are any rewards that cannot be given to the contributors.
    17. When there is a specific cooperation agreement between the campaign organizer and sumbangan.com, both parties are obliged to follow any matter that has been stated in the cooperation agreement.
    18. The campaign organizers are solely responsible for the implementation of the campaign, the use of contribution funds and other matters related to their campaign. Therefore, the campaign organizer agrees and is willing to compensate for all losses incurred by sumbangan.com if they occur at a later date, including releasing sumbangan.com from any lawsuits arising on problems caused by the campaign organizer.
  11. Verification of the Campaign Organizer's Account
    Each campaign organizer must create an account verification to make a donation transfer.

    The campaign organizer's account verification process will take 3 working days. The account verification process can only be done online through sumbangan.com. During the account verification process, we will request some required information and documents that correspond to the account type of the campaign organizer. Only registered organizations/agencies/NGOs are eligible to apply to be campaign organizers. The information and documents requested in the verification process are:
    1. Organization
      1. Company Registration Certificate (SSM) or
      2. Registration of Societies Malaysia (ROS) or
      3. Registration Confirmation Letter from the Department / Ministry
    2. First Page of Bank Account Statement Each individual campaign application (which has been passed) will be placed under any NGO that has registered under sumbangan.com with the consent of that NGO. For individuals who wish to apply for the campaign please submit the documents below for the evaluation process by sumbangan.com.

      3. sumbangan.com reserves the right to investigate one or more campaigns that are deemed to need to be reviewed in more detail. Therefore, You agree to cooperate and provide information truthfully and transparently.
  12. Transfer of Donations
    Donation transfers will be made on every Thursday of each week. The bank account verification process will be done together in the first time registration process.

    For the conditions to verify the account number are:
    1. Prepare documents (First Page of Bank Account Statement)
    2. The campaign organizer's own account number.
    3. Copy of SSM or eROS
    4. Supporting documents (if any)

    Reminder: sumbangan.com reserves the right to refuse account number verification, suggesting options for account number verification. Rejection, suggestion, or change of account number verification becomes the prerogative of sumbangan.com.

    Here we remind you that you as the Campaign Organizer are responsible for the trust that you will convey yourself as stated in the content of the campaign.

    Once our contributors are channeled to the campaign organizers, you are required to report on the use of donations. This report will be displayed on the ‘Bulletin’ feature on sumbangan.com.

    We are not responsible for anything that happens to the donor donation money that has been transferred to the campaign organizer.
  13. The power of sumbangan.com Against the Campaign Organizer
    1. sumbangan.com reserves the right to change or delete the description of Your campaign and the ‘bulletin’ when the campaign organizer:
      1. Put the account number of the campaign organizer;
      2. Proven to make a profit using the name of a third party without our knowledge and permission, either our knowledge or through a report;
      3. Contains elements of hatred to third parties or to sumbangan.com;
    2. sumbangan.com reserves the right to transfer contributions belonging to the campaign organizer's account without the consent of the campaign organizer when:
      1. Proven to commit fraud accompanied by evidence that we can through investigations or reports from the public;
      2. Requests the campaign organizers themselves;
      3. The organizer of the campaign has passed away
    3. sumbangan.com reserves the right to reject or delay account verification or to freeze the account and transfer of donations when the campaign organizer:
      1. Does not provide documents or information required by sumbangan.com;
      2. When the accumulated contribution needs to be given directly to the recipient of the contribution or beneficiary in accordance with the circumstances;
      3. When we have reasons and evidence that the campaign organizer violated the sumbangan.com Terms and Conditions;
      4. When a campaign organizer is required by reference to a court order, warrant, or law in Malaysia.
Contributors
  1. All contributions from donors are at the risk of the donors themselves. sumbangan.com does not guarantee that every campaign contained in sumbangan.com is free from fraud and abuse. If you find that there is fraudulent and abusive donation content or other suspicion in a campaign on donation.com, you can report it by clicking on the ‘Report’ button available on each campaign.
    1. Conditions to Become a Contributor

      Mandatory contributors:
      1. Fully responsible for donations made. Therefore, contributors are required to review all information on donation collection ideas and/or campaigns uploaded on sumbangan.com before making a donation.
      2. Do not provide false additional information on the sumbangan.com site and/or on all social media and print media about the donation collection campaign on sumbangan.com.
      3. Be responsible for contributions that have been channeled and understand that the campaign organizer may not be able to implement all or part of the campaign and/or rewards that have been previously promised on the campaign;
      4. Donors understand that sumbangan.com is only limited to providing a donation platform for campaign organizers to solicit donations from the public;
      5. Donors are required to research before making a contribution to any campaign. We do not recommend contributors to contribute in any campaign that contains elements of fraud, suspicion and activities prohibited by the state. sumbangan.com is also not responsible for the negligence of the contributor in respect of the matters already mentioned above;
      6. Agree not to question and/or blame the sumbangan.com for the misuse of contributions made by the campaign organizers;
      7. Donors are willing to be contacted by sumbangan.com even if listed as a Servant of God (anonymous) for specific purposes;
      8. Do not commit money laundering and/or use money from illegal sources to support the ideas and/or fundraising campaigns available on sumbangan.com.
    2. Donor Terms

      Donors understand and agree that:
      1. Each contribution that goes into a campaign will be deducted by RM2.00 or 5% for whichever is higher which is called as management charge.
      2. sumbangan.com is a platform provider that facilitates the distribution of donations through the platform to campaign organizers and/or recipients of donations;
      3. Donations received will be transferred to the campaign organizer’s account every Thursday of each week.
      4. All donations that go to sumbangan.com for any campaign are the sole responsibility and right of the organizer of the campaign after deducting the management charges as in item (1).
    3. Contact Us
      Donors can contact sumbangan.com by pressing the 'Contact Us' button for more information on a campaign and/or campaign implementation.
    4. Anonymous Donors (Servants of God) and Donors From Outside the Network

Donors who make donations other than the sumbangan.com platform (offline donation) by transferring donations directly to the campaign organizer's personal account number and not through the platform have agreed to release and release the platform provider from all liability for possible losses.
    5. Random Campaigns

      Contributors agree that a campaign is terminated or deleted by the platform provider due to a violation of the Terms and Conditions by the campaign organizer.     6. Return/Refund

      1. sumbangan.com can make a refund of the donor's money when:

        Requests from the campaign organizers themselves to return donations made by contributors online through the campaign which is on the sumbangan.com platform.
        Note: Returns made by the platform provider are valid upon request based on confirmation and strong evidence by the applicant. Refunds to contributors will be made online before the accumulated donations are transferred to the campaign organizer's account. If the donation payment has been made to the campaign organizer, then the donor cannot make a refund of the donation to the donor.
    7. Intellectual Property Rights
        All information and materials displayed on sumbangan.com such as logos, icons, html code etc. in sumbangan.com are the full property of sumbangan.com. You are prohibited from altering, reproducing or modifying in any way without the permission or knowledge of sumbangan.com. When you violate these rights, we reserve the right to take civil action. Violation of this right is included in criminal acts.
    8. Exclusions and Disclaimer

    10. Law and Jurisdiction
      These Terms and Conditions are implemented in accordance with the Laws of Malaysia. All users of the platform must comply with Malaysian law.

    11. Judgement
